TWELEVE WEEK TRU TRAINING PACKAGE

The Tru Training Package is the ultimate fitness experience.  This package is not for the weak of heart or the timid, once you sign up for this program you are in it for the long haul.  Each day is a new experience and it will test each muscle in your body.  Be prepared to find new muscles you have not seen before.  This program is perfect for those who are training for sports and are looking for that competitive edge, but you don't have to be an athlete to reap the benefits of this program.  If you are a newcomer to the gym, and looking to set  fitness goals for yourself this program will catapult you in the right direction. 

  1. CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN EVERY 3 WEEKS- We give you an easy to follow meal plan that is built around your budget, allegries, medical history, food preferences, and overall goals.  The meal plans will change every three weeks to fit your present needs.

  2. 5(1hour) SESSIONS A WEEK-  Each session is made to challenge you to the best of your ability.  With your goals in mind we create a fitness adventure that will lead to your ultimate success. 

  3. CULINARY ADVICE- Tru Training has an amazing amount of healthy recipes, and food suggestions to choose from.  You have access to our unique and delicious healthy recipes that will boost your health and fitness experience. 

  4. CONSTANT SUPPORT- Tru Training prides itself of it's customer first based philosophy.  Feel free to contact anyone of our  personal trainers with your health and fitness questions at anytime of the day, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  We want to be there for you every step of the way and the path to getting fit is not just in the gym but as home as well.
