The twelve week tone and cut package is made for those indiviudals who are trying to take their fitness to the next level.  This program is designed to help you lose or gain weight while creating ripped muscles in the process.   Each client gets thier own totally unique plan designed to fit your specific needs.  If you are ready to put in the work then you will enjoy the results at the end of this program.  No Excuses!


  1. Customized Meal Plan Every 3 weeks- We give you an easy to follow meal plan that is built around your budget, allegries, medical history, food preferences, and overall goals.  We utilize the best nutritonal techniques to create the most efficent way to help you attain your goals.  Through our 3 hour diet plan and carb cycling techniques, we are guaranteed to make your body a fat furnance!

  2. 4(1hour) Session a Week- You give us your goals and will set up your sessions to best fit your schedule.  Our sessions do not follow a standard template, the client is our canvas.  Your workout plan is based around your medical history, body type, and individual goals.

  3. Culinary Advice- Tru Training has an amazing amount of healthy recipes, and food suggestions to choose from.  You have access to our unique  and delicious healthy recipes that will boost your health and fitness experience

  4. Constant Support- Tru Training prides itself of it's customer first based philosophy.  Feel free to contact anyone of our  personal trainers with your health and fitness questions at anytime of the day, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  We want to be there for you every step of the way and the path to getting fit is not just in the gym but as home as well.  No matter what we will be there for you to succeed.
